Now it is over - what next?

Now that the excitement and glitter is almost over, do we revert to our unforgiving and unkind ways. Christmas seem to be a time that people put a lot of insidious things on hold and  don their best behavior. I wish we all could be loving, kind, compassionate  whether it is Christmas or not.

Can we imagine, what this world would be like if every man, boy, girl, and woman was considerate and sought to serve each other? If there was no selfishness but selflessness? We can attain this level of existence, if we would give Jesus a chance."Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God," Hebrews 12:1-2.

Yes my dear friends, He is no longer a Babe, He is our intercessor, the one who died for our sins at Calvary, "Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them, " Hebrews 7:25.

Let us face it, we cannot please God unless we exercise faith in Him ( Hebrews 11:6). We need to study His words ( 2 Timothy 2:15) and invite the Holy Spirit to take control. We cannot make it without Jesus. Let us continue the good work we have started on this Christmas day.
